Volkswagen Van Centre Swindon

extremely disappointed , went to collect my van today having spent a lot of money on recent repairs with this garage only to find the van filthy dirty , radio not working and reverse camera not working an an issue with the van in reverse it didn't have these issues when it went in ! . clearly no checks or effort ready for the vans pre arranged collection . will be speaking to the manager first thing monday to let them know this is totally unacceptable

Awful customer service. Eager to wash their hands of you once money has passed hands. Multiple problems immediately upon delivery of the van they sold me, really had to push to get them fix. A red light came up 5 months in, called VW who sent the AA to check it out. Called the dealership to check how long warranty was, was assured its a year warranty, this was in early October. The AA guys says the car was driveable and I had family issues so waited till November 1st to get it sort. Told that I had to replace manifold and that itll cost 1800 and the my warranty expired at the end of October. Now Im stuck with paying the whole amount and they, Volkswagen Commercial van Swindon is saying its not their problem. Awful customer service, dishonest, basically the cliche used car salesman. Do not use them unless you want to be conned. Have reported them to Volkswagen Main Office and will be reporting to the Motor Ombudsman. Disgusting
