CarShop Swindon

Its a big shop, lots of cars. You'll need to check on their website to find if they have a car you might consider, as if you ask them when you arrive they won't know themselves where the cars are. So you'll spend time wandering around taking photos of cars you'd like to look at then find someone to help you. It was a relatively good experience and would've gotten 5 stars but for not communicating well on delivery of our 16k car, as in not at all. So we were told earliest delivery would be Thursday and we explained we wouldn't be on site unless they confirmed which they promised they would on the Wednesday. They didn't and the first I knew was they'd driven the car 70 miles to the delivery place on the Wednesday and we weren't there of course. So I had to reject the delivery and they had to drive it back. It was rescheduled for the next day but again it was not communicated when they would leave (so I could be there) and I ended up having to do a lot of chasing. So that was a bit disappointing.

Totally misled! Purchased a VW Polo. I was emailed a video of the car but the staff failed to mention nor notify me of a 1 inch tear in the back seat. I have emailed Ben @ Swindon twice & received no reply. As a result, I have contacted my lawyers & we will be taking CarShop to a small claims court to receive costs to replace the back seat cover due to the tear.
