Car not fit for purpose. Bought a Mercedes 180 CLC, promised a one year warranty, was not fulfilled and currently have a dead Mercedes which has done less than 5000 miles in 11 months, will they communicate with me, no. Sent emails after being palmed off on the phone, currently talking with trading standards over this issue. I would never trust them again. Remove again, google has my review, I will repost again, I will keep reposting until you sort my car that blew up, I paid for a warranty. You even said you had made a mistake back in February 01 2021, I have phone records of call made, I also have video's of calls made recently. I want a refund, I want to discuss that or replacement. You threatened not to send someone out to look if I went the legal route, well you leave me little choice. Check your warrantees people, get a mechanic to give it the once over. Because they don't.

Great company. Friendly and give great advice. On my second car with them and always resolve any issues in a timely manner that suits you. Top marks from me. Edit: on my 3rd car from Assured now. Again great service! Being made redundant and had to give the company car back. When I explained this to Ian, he bent over backwards to provide a quality used car. Serviced and new brakes to make sure i have hassle free motoring. Thanks Ian will definitely be back for my next car when needed

AVOID AVOID AVOID! Disgusting Ian the manager, the owner of the business is the same, bolgr a car from them and after 2 weeks I had a scrap engine as the crankshaft thrust washers fallen out causing the bearing failed. No reply for email,over phone answer was to do whatever you want...I will do everything to sue the company Ian!
