Used JD upholstery for repair to sofa (new spring needed). Helpful on the phone and turned up as agreed to survey work and quote. Contacted me to confirm when they will visit to complete the repair and turned up as agreed. Completed work with no fuss, very polite and treated my house with respect throughout. Job turned out to be easier than thought and reduced price accordingly. Came across as honest and thoughtful; won't hesitate to use them again.

Called up for a quote for a nursing chair cushions to be changed with fabric of my choice was told to call my local shop and I said I did do that but they gave me a a high quote the gentleman from J D UPHOLSTERY said we going to charge the same has them without any knowledge of how much they charged me was abit rude on the phone Perhaps the business is going under or someone is having a bad day

Contacted Joe and Paul to see if they could reupholster the leather seat pads for out dining room chairs. The material was ordered the same day and I received a call a couple of weeks later to start the job. All completed in 2 days and a fantastic job which has given our dining room a new lease of life. Great service from a nice family team I can highly recommend their work.
