I am very pleased to state that my travelling experiences with ALL SAINT travelling always leave me with indelible marks of positivity. The organisation seems to get better with each trip I have had, as their holistic approach towards enhancing customer experiences is second to none. Right from the booking, ticketing, to boarding, and after sales services are remarkably brilliant and laced with customer-centric approaches. Most importantly, they have a sanguine disposition even in the face of adversity. I have no modicum of reservation in recommending their services. The guides are superb. I'm always looking forward to travelling with them. Keep the good work going. Thanks, and God bless.

An excellent, well-organised, and caring pilgrimage operator. - I led a group to the Holy Land last month (March 2023), and this was one of the best experiences that I have had on pilgrimage. Meticulous planning and organisation are always key to a successful trip, and the level of detail that went into this one was exceptional. The pilgrimage followed a tried and tested formula, and it showed. It was extremely well put together. The idea of beginning in Jerusalem may not be 'chronological', in terms of the life of Jesus, but from a practical perspective it means that the most tiring and intensive part of the pilgrimage is undertaken at the start, when the party is still fresh and full of energy. The subsequent period in Galilee affords pilgrims the opportunity to take things a little easier, and also to process what they have experienced, in very congenial surroundings. I have taken various groups to the Holy Land, using different (and often more expensive) tour operators; I have to say that All Saints was more than a match for them, and offered very good value for money. I would certainly recommend them.

I have travelled to the Holy Land (Israel and Jordan) three times with All Saints Travel and it has been wonderful and wonderful. The organisation from the airport in London to arrival is great. Enjoyed all the hotels, the spirituality has been good and the friendly atmosphere good. I am particularly impressed with the tour guides who really know their stuff. I have always recommended them to my parishioners and friends. I'm looking forward to the next trip. Bravo, All Saints. Keep doing the good work and God bless you.

Their Holyland Tour was a wonderful spiritual experience of a lifetime following in the footsteps of Jesus, however there was very poor timekeeping and group management which painfully lacked enforcement of discipline by the Israel Tour Guide and Tour Leader However we would like to express our sincere thanks to the accompanying Spiritual Director for his spiritual guidance, prayers, daily mass and relative calmness despite the delays and time related frustrations we faced. Including the Tour Guide and Coach Driver we were a large group of 46. Every day, in the main to start with there was always one person who did not make it to the coach on time or delayed the group by getting lost in shops during the day; this happened at least twice or thrice a day thus delaying the whole programme resulting in either rushing through a site visit or missing one and returning back to the hotel to a rushed dinner. Verbal warnings by the guide and tour leader fell on deaf ears. When asked why they were not left behind the guide stated that he has in the past received complaints because someone was left behind. This is ridiculous, unjustified and unwarranted that the majority of the group was made to suffer these delays and endure unnecessary agony just waiting for some arrogant and inconsiderate person who should have been left behind to return to the hotel at their own expense from day one. Had this been done at the onset everything would have worked like clockwork; instead there was chaos at the start of each day waiting for this person to come down from the room or someone else to go and do the chasing and prior end of each leg with people going searching for the missing person/s whilst others vented their frustration and then also drifted off causing more aggravation. The Israel Tour guide always took the group to expensive shops as opposed to those offering a decent bargain. We were first taken to a very high end store in Bethlehem (kept open only for us) and then on the day of Shepherds hill visit to the guides sons shop while he repeatedly slagged off other local shops. It was daylight robbery where money was wasted instead of buying the same souvenirs from decently priced shops at the nearby Manger Square or elsewhere as we later found out. Judging from the price differentials, it did not need a rocket scientist to gather that we were being steered in to particular shops potentially giving handouts to those that led us to them. Like others, we eventually did our shopping in Bethlehems Manger Square on our own at the end of a tiring day, supporting local Christian Shops but avoided being ripped off. This kind of situation was further amplified by the places we were taken to for lunch for sit down meals where there was no other option around for those that wanted a simple snack or to get something light between a heavy breakfast and sumptuous dinner. Many of us soon got the wind of these unethical tactics and thus stayed clear of the tour guides suggestions in this respect. In comparison the Jordanian guide was good in this respect; when he found out that only a handful of persons wanted a sit down meal he either avoided it altogether to save time or took us to a location where we had a choice of fast-food places or a restaurant. Extensive detailed feedback was provided to All Saints Travel almost 2 weeks back but neither a response nor simple acknowledgement was forthcoming. We originally thought to use or recommend All Saints Travel for other tours but this will definitely not happen.
