I placed an order over HSS live chat to hire a carpet cleaner, then an employee of HSS rang me to take payment over phone he was very abrupt and hung up after taking my credit card details.
I was expecting the delivery on Saturday but it never came. Couldnt get hold of anyone until Monday as the stores were shut. Called them up for an explanation twice and no one has got back to me with an answer as to why my order was cancelled without my permission. Extremely disappointed with the poor service, totally unprofessional and still no response from them. Waste of my time.
