Absolutely terrible company, took over 3months to remove bins after cancellation. Missed nearly 20% of collections due to "bin storage being locked" in which the team have a key to access it. After ending the contract, kept getting chased for payment of 20 which had already been paid and after responding to several emails telling them there is no balance, receiving a legal email from their legal team chasing for payment. Highly recommended to stay away from hills waste.

I also want to point out about the quality of driving. Your drivers are always speeding in a max of 30mph roads with your heavy vehicles. You have to provide better training and monitor more. Have more respect for cyclist, pedestrians and other motorists... respect the limits.

one of their truck drivers almost caused me to have an accident today whilst joining the dual carriageway (A419), whilst i saw the truck driver approaching me, i had enough room to join but as i was signaling and was ready to joini the dual carriageway, the driver started speeding up although there werent any cars behind him or next to him. as much as i tried to accelerate, the truck driver kept coming closer and closer, there was almost no room left for me so i had to join, at that speed i couldn't have stopped or slowed down, the complaints department never answers, im guessing this isin't the first complaint they had. i have his number plate and will shortly be filing a complaint against the driver.
