Outstanding massage, 100% they get to every knot, which can make you squirm initially (just shows how tight you are and how much you needed a massage)
Been a few times now and feel better incrementally each time than I have done in years of my aches. Tranquil and relaxing lighting and real water feature. Regular massages are key.

I had very stiff shoulders and neck and the massage was super strong and deep and more uncomfortable than I have ever had but it sure released some muscles and now I am much better. And can move properly . Cant wait to go back .Thank you
