        Absolutely shocking service from Cross Street tonight. My husband and I always use them as their service is usually impeccable. Felt really let down and disappointed tonight. They Allowed me to pre pay, told me theyd be 5 mins waited over half an hour to be told by an extremely rude male operator that half an hour wasnt along time and apparently didnt know what my problem was!! As a female waiting on her own I find this unacceptable and frightening. Had to call a friend friend for a lift as I needed to get home for childcare so I asked to be refunded. He told me it wouldnt happen til Monday. Disgusting attitude.
