Booked in for months, family flew in especially from Spain so we could all have the same tattoo, fobbed us off on the day because of "car troubles". Typical code for "can't be bothered" or if true, "can't be bothered to take a taxi either". Thanks for your professional service. Will book elsewhere next year.
