this morning we were In here shopping when we witnessed a member of staff stopping a repeat shoplifter from stealing 2 bottles of wine, the member of staff had to shout and struggle with this person for quite a while before other members of staff came to her assistance, I feel that the management of Iceland needs to invest in headsets for all members of staff in all stores, luckily the member of staff was unharmed but visibly shaken up and they managed to get the bottles of wine back from this person, I hope someone in management reads this comment
