        Spoke to Sonus about bypassing an architect and going direct to a structural engineer re a build on a grade 2 property. Kade was unbelievable helpful and a thoroughly nice guy. He wasnt trying to grab my business, just help. When we need a structural engineer we will certainly call upon Sonus. Thanks again
