Bikash did an amazing job this evening. He was so joyful which made our evening. The steak was cooked perfectly for both myself and my partner. Could not fault the service tonight, thank you Bikash.

An absolute shambles. On ordering, we were told several steaks were sold out, which happens, but two of us wanted the Butchers Block and since the rump steak was sold out, this was unavailable, but no consideration to offering a swap out for the rump steak. This we both ordered the 12oz sirlion, two rack of lamb plus drinks. Our table booking was for 7.15pm, with the order taken a few minutes later (approx 10 mins?), however our drinls didn't arrive until almost 8pm. At 8.15pm we were approached to advise that the 12 oz sirloins had 'sold out' so we could only have the 8 oz option - why were we able to order steaks that were then later sold out, why did it take so long to process this and advise, seek our alternative, why couldn't we have been offered 3 x 8oz steaks between us with the third steak shared, thus making the 12 oz option? When our meals eventually did arrive around 8.35pm, the lettuce wedges hadn't been provided, these were hastily brought to the table but as an accompaniment to our meal, rather than prior to our meal. The only positives from the visit were - the food that we did eventually get was of good qualitym even if not what we wanted/ordered. Our server Duncan was a real star, taking lots of flack from many other disatisfied tables, but still remaining professional and very apologetic. If it hadn't been for Duncan, it would be a 0 rating for this visit. All in all, we paid for a meal for four that took over an hour to arrive, wasn't as per our order, with late lettuce wedges and a prolonged wait for drinks. We didn't order dessert as it had got so late and we were all too tired to wait.

Very disappointed it was my 60th birthday meal. They had no salsa with the nachos and no ribeye this is down to bad management. The waitress could of informed us of what's not on the menu before we ordered drinks, we were offered a burger as a substitute!!!!!! I had to get up and leave. Ruined my birthday meal and have lost my respect as a steakhouse.
