Remedy Massage and Movement

Not sure what to write other than I wouldnt go to anyone else now! What makes Lizzy unique is that she can offer preventative yoga in combination with massage treatment (moves you can practice yourself at home). So many of my friends and family now see Lizzy - I think her customer referrals and return customers reflect what a considerate therapist she is.

Its been absolutely brilliant every time Ive seen Lizzy, whether for massage or yoga. Professional, friendly and super knowledgeable. Cant recommend her highly enough.

Absolutely amazing! Couldn't recommend enough. I've seen numerous osteopaths, physiotherapists and masseuses over the years, but Lizzy has helped so much more. I only need treatment once a month, and to be honest that is more for relaxation than out of necessity. Friendly, professional and covid compliant.

I've been having massage therapy with Lizzy for over 2 years and throughout 2 pregnancies as well as post partum. She is absolutely amazing at what she does and has helped enormously in keeping me mobile. Lizzy's treatments throughout pregnancy with pelvic girdle pain were fabulous. Lizzy runs a very clean practice, she's extremely professional, knowledgable and most importantly listens so she can help in the best way possible. I highly recommend Lizzy
