Saw Stuart as a result of falling on my knee playing Tennis. Hurt when I ran. After first treatment, now running pain free. Also gave me some exercises for Sciatica which we were useful and simple to understand. Stuart came across as both friendly and knowledgeable.

Always professional, listens to your issues and looks at a whole package of treatment including home exercises. Id visited many different types of practitioners until Dan finally solved my back issue and now maintains it with occasional visits whilst I continue to do regular sports. Excellent skills and knowledge

I've seen Dan over the last couple of years for an ongoing back issue I have. Highly recommended. With Dan's help I've managed to get back to life before my back injury started affecting my daily life.

Physiotherapy may be the solution to a physical ailment that has not been considered by those suffering from it, or those typically seen to diagnose and resolve it. It seems there are many issues for which medicine or other traditional medical practices are employed, but which physio may be much more suitable and effective. Getting the body and its systems to work properly together, to relax what is over-stressed and rehabilitate what needs repairs, can have a very clear, immediate and effective result. I have had some issues with my right knee after over-training. This had happened several years ago, and again during the covid lockdown. I was running every day and simply overstretched my leg. Pain resulted and a visit to the doctor diagnosed Osteo-Arthritis. I was told my leg would simply not function properly again. My wife had used Swindon Sports Therapy after receiving a weight-lifting injury, a disc compression. The benefit was nothing short of profound. After maybe three sessions of physio with Dan, my knee no longer had any pain, weaknesses and tears in the surrounding muscles having been identified and worked with. Not only was I able to go for long walks, I could actually run again (this time tempering the enthusiasm a bit). I have had a flare up since, but some more regular sessions have resolved the issue once again. I very strongly recommend Swindon Sports Therapy. The results of my visits have literally provided a return to engaging in exercise and leisurely walks, and an absence from daily pain. There's not much that can be better than that!

I've been treated by Dan for over two years now. I train for triathlon and initially visited him with a lower leg running injury which he helped sort as well as helping me out in place some preventative measures to stop it coming back. Since then he has treated more for a range of different niggles that have some up during the course of my training to help keep me going. It's an all round great friendly service, I would highly recommend.
