I have been using ISL for remote support since 2008, having tried all the other options ISL is clearly the most reliable and the useability is 100%. Support on the rare occasion its needed is second to none. I have supported users as far away as Australia from my offices in the UK & Bulgaria. If you are in IT support, I would recommend you try the free trial, I cannot see anyone not buying into this GREAT platform once you have experienced it.

Been using ISL Light for 8 years now. Effective remote software that is easy to use and provides our charity with essential tools to remote support clients on PCs, Laptops, Tablets and phones. Its been especially useful over the last 18 months when remote working has become prevalent. It just works!
