        Appalling customer service. Had to wait 10 mins just to be acknowledged. 3 of your team members walked past me and didn't even bother. I might as well have been part of your furniture. The guy that eventually approched me and dealt with me in the end, salvaged you 3 stars. Need to retrain basic customer service

        Dropped my car in to be serviced this morning (admittedly a little later than I'd like because work), they still managed to get it serviced the same day while remaining very professional throughout. I want to give special credit to Elisha for sorting out all the paperwork and generally being really helpful. I'd highly recommend them and will be going back to them for all my car needs in future!
