      • The Flat Broke Fisherman

        My Nan has been in here for about eleven years and for the last four or five there has been no warden and nobody to help in an emergency unless someone manages to get to the home line cord or pendant. Occasionally a an agency warden visits but being agency staff they tend not to care about the residents just getting the round done and leaving.
