        DO NOT check in if NO ONE IS THERE TO WELCOME YOU. We booked the apartment for a wedding. They cancelled our booking on the exact time we were checking in/finding the apartment. excuse boiler breakdown. Offered an alternative accommodation and again this was a cold apartment with no heating when we arrived 2am in the morning. We checked out 9am next day. Could not shower for the same reason. Blamed us for not contacting them at 2am?. They tricked us into refunding the stay. However HOLDING THE DEPOSIT . I give them 0 stars for the service as its their obligation to check properly before guests check in. And they have the cheek to blame us for not reporting at 2am in the morning. Never ever will I use them again. Complaints have been raised against them. The property was nice the management style really sucks!!!
