Needed a new alarm system using existing wiring. Gary came out promptly, quoted and fitted new system today. Great service, explained everything, not complicated and was very tidy and took care of our home. Took 3 and a half hours to fit - delighted and highly recommend. After extortionate quotes from other local alarm installers we found FSR. What a fantastic find! Gary came out instantly, sent a refreshingly cheaper quote within a few hours - alarm fitted within a week! After an extortionate call out fee from another company who found no fault with the system I looked for a second opinion and based on the excellent reviews and customer feedback I called FSR. Gary diagnosed and fixed the fault within half an hour. Professional, efficient, friendly and I would highly recommend. I was so Impressed I and signed upto their annual maintenance plan so I never need a second opinion again.
