I've tried three times.. T shirts were completely new to me and I wanted to use someone local who could give me advice and direction whenever I needed it and mostly to see the product before I purchased it. These people simply don't get back to you. I waited three weeks after my first visit to the shop for the promised email to arrive and nothing.. I went in again explained, they apologised, they said they would email details that day.. and I waited.. In the end, I emailed them with a "whats going on guys" and I got a very couldn't care reply.. so I took my business to a well known online supplier instead, which has served me well.. One year has now passed, I wanted 10 special design hoodies (for friends) so I thought I'd try these guys again. went in saw James had a really good discussion with him and I came out confident, he again said they would email me details that day. that was two weeks ago and still nothing. they clearly can't be bothered so I've stopped wasting my time. Poor customer service.

Really messed me around with my order. About 100 e mails just for one order. Too many people involved. Missed my deadline so made me look stupid to my customers. I Complained. They asked how that could put it right. So I said I needed a sailflag. They ended up charging me (giving it to me gratis would of been the right option) over the odds for a substandard sail-flag (three times going rate) which broke immediately! Got a refund, bought a cheaper one online with a larger sail and more robust design for 20 less Avoid.
