Giorgia was my main point of contact at Pertemps and she was great. Always there to help with any concerns, friendly and professional and not at all annoyed by all my, sometimes stupid, questions! where do I start. First of all I was applying for a hgv job with royal mail via pertemps. I firstly had a man called Paul who was very helpful and I was overall happy and looking forward to the possibility of joining royal mail. I went for my assessment and driving assessment at royal mail and was all good. I then had to work my notice at my current job. I rang pertemps 2 weeks before I finished to hear paul had left and I now had to deal with a lady called Anna well she was absolutely shocking at her job very rude and not helpful at all her communication skills were that of a child and very rude to speak to. it was 2 weeks ago now and iv still not heard back from her yet iv since left my job and had to go and find another' job because of this woman. no wonder paul left having to work with her . avoid like the plague if you have to deal with Anna avoid it she's absolutely shocking at her job and it's like she doesn't want to help you.

My first visit to an Emplyment Agency, after not working for just over two years. Spoke to Giorgia Pipitone. From the moment I met her, she made me feel welcome and at ease and full of hope. She was very good at her job. Giorgia forwarded my CV to a Company, she thought would be a good fit for me. She got back to me the following day with a job offer. The Company liked me and I started working for them a few days later. I am so thankful and grateful to Giorgia. A credit to Pertemps. Thank you so much Giorgia
