        If someone applied for the job, you made him to register, so he sacrificed the time for it, shared all his details with you (for no reason), even if the person is not a good fit for the job it is normal to inform about it or at least return his phone calls to bring some closure. Lack of professionalism , lack of customer service skill, lack of respect - complete waste of time.

        The staff were fantastic. I was having problems enrolling on line. So after going to their office everything was sorted out. Great staff and so friendly with it. Just wish all agencies were the same.
