    Excellent first class and professonal management service. Friendly and most helpful service where nothing is too much trouble. They have saved our residents companies thousands of pounds and provided a far superior managing service to our previous agent. Would highly recommend this company. Wish we had just found them sooner as we now have complete peace of mind and in very capable and professional hands

    We live in a block of 6 flats in Swindon, 5 of the flats are owner occupiers and 1 is rented . Our RTM is 12 years old and Directors actively manage most aspects of our block to make it a well maintained building and a pleasant place to live .We have been with Block Management Ltd. for 18 months after an unsatisfactory relationship with a nationwide well known managing agent that bought out the business we were originally with . Our relationship with Block Management is very positive, based on good communication and their professional service. They also have an excellent website with information available on all aspects of running an RTM. John Morris , Director , made suggestions initially to save us money , reviewed our practices and set up our website with all our financial records available. John trusts our ability to act independently and use our initiative , where appropriate , to manage our building . This is only possible because of our teamwork with Block Management . We greatly respect John's extensive knowledge , tradesman contacts , advice and analysis of issues we contact him about . He replies to our emails in a timely way , provides explanations , options and recommendations . Currently our monthly service charge for owners is half what is usual in this area and we have a healthy reserve fund . Our relationship with Block Management works well for our RTM and we can highly recommend them .

    I would like to say a big thank you to all at the Block Management Ltd for all the hard work they have put into running the flats that I live in. Also would like to thank them for saving money on the Insurance electricity gardening and other items so that major work can be done on the flats as if they had not cut the out going all the flat owners would have been called on to pay money on top of the Yearly service charge. Over many many years no money has been spent on the flats we then appointed a new management company which looked at all the outgoings and the state of the flats and came up with a plan to start work on jobs that should have been done well before they started working on our behalf. At this time we now have a good working door entry system we have CCTV on site for security and we also have free 4G Wi-Fi which can be used by any flat owner. we also have had new carpet in commune youll areas we have also had the communal areas decorated.Later this month weather permitting we should have work starting on new guttering new downpipes new facias and new soffits as this work is well overdue to be done as you can see there is major work which is now been done to the flat thanks to the money which has been saved by block management limited. I just cannot thank the enough again for all there hard work. I can not recommend this company highly enough for their professional work in running and managing blocks of flats in the Swindon area
