You ought to be very careful when renting their Paramount Building property in Beckhampton. The property does have a serious sewage problem, no hot water and you will have to rely on electric heater in your room. Your issue can go months on end and remain unresolved and should you decide to leave, rather than their representative to try and resolve amicably, you will be threaten with CCJ and court. Not the best professionally!

Absolutely terrible service, on viewing were very helpful and straight after didnt even answer our calls, texts or emails. Left numerous messages didnt bother coming back. Took our referencing fees and decided to pull out of letting agreement. Absolutely do not recommend! Be aware total disappointment. Ripped off!

Me and my husband viewed a flat and decided to take it. They gave us reassurance would'nt show to any potentials however upon taking the background fees they stopped answering our calls, texts, voice messages and emails. Due to no accommodation I lost my job and they refuse to refund in full. Took a chunk of my money and pulled out of agreement now are asking for my account details to partial refund rather than fully refund when they already have my card details on their system. Suspicious! I am now receiving spam calls. Be vary no good service received. Do not recommend! Reply- You were provided with accurate information and proof of my employment. You also agreed a guarantor will suffice if this route didn't work. Overall false hope and misleading information.

Have worked with this team for over 8 years and found them excellent. They have helped rent a couple of properties that were never vacant for more than a couple of day.
