Very rude person at the entrance shop. The man was a racist and he seem like dint want to help at-all. They seriously need customer service training.

I have been going into this post office since 2001 when my eldest started school. I personally have never had an issue with either staff. I found them to be helpful and kind towards myself and children.

The woman running the post office refused to serve me until she finished her "extremely important phone call." I could hear that it was clearly a personal phone call. The man running the shop didn't accept card payments, and told me to withdraw cash from the post office. They were both rude and unfriendly, I walked out without buying anything, and won't be going back.
