        i have a sore throat waiting for a medicine from london for two days, i am not sleeping well, i am in a lot of pain and i live in a building in the paramount the building, they went to deliver my order early 09:13 am, the intercom it rang and I ran out to answer it, they weren't there anymore and they said there was no one, I'm very sad because now I have to wait two days to receive my delivery and I'm suffering a lot with my sore throat, they didn't even wait for me to arrive even the intercom this was very unfair!

        Always had good experience when collecting parcels here. The lady is always fast and nice. But despite doing an online profile and ask to always leave the parcels on my safe spot as advised by the Royal mail lady. The parcels all are sent back and I have to go and collect them. None of them need signature. The opening hours don't fit my working hours so it's always such a trouble to get my parcels. Whenever I can I choose not to use Royal mail. Royal Mail had more staff and training. If they were paid properly we wouldn't have this many strikes and probably a better service.
