Papa John's Pizza

i normally use Dominoes as force of habit, but i have a Papa John down the road, so thought id use it . i used an app to order but forgot to put my address on, so instead of using there initiative and calling, they just left it as a collection, so 30 min later when i hadnt got my pizza , i realised my mistake and called them, only to be told its not a delivery, so instead of asking my address, they told me to collect even tho i had paid for delivery, when i got there to collect, it was not even started, they promised me 10 minutes, so 20 minutes later i took my pizza. will i use them again NO . never had that problem with domino, as they call If not sure ,,, much better customer service

Placed my order online at 17:15 for a 18:15 delivery. Called the store at 18:50 to be told we need more time to process orders, no apology. Pizza arrives at 19:25, driver was apologetic. After waiting for an additional 1hr 10 minutes my order was incorrect and the pizza is no where near the standard it used to be. PJs HQ need to have a word with the owner of this franchise at Moredon as what used to be a go to place is definitely a no go in the future for me.

Came in on a Tuesday for the store to be shut 45 mins before the actual time, with people laughing in the background, messing about, I then went to the old town store where they were much more accommodating, and actually served myself. Terrible service. Would not recommend, I use Google review lots and this is the worst service I have experienced. The only negative review I've done I years.
