Friends Pilates

I was quite apprehensive about joining due to some physical restrictions, but Im so glad I overcome my concerns. The class is great and the instructor Carolyn tailors all routines to suit the different needs of all those in class. Im definitely seeing a different in my core strength and balance. Highly recommend Friends Pilates. Excellent group.

I felt I was seizing up after retiring so I signed up in February. I am very pleased with the results so far. I am definitely more flexible and have lost some weight. My core strength has improved and new moves are added most sessions, so as a group we are all improving. It is much better doing pilates with a group and Carolyn is an excellent teacher and has managed to carry on sessions online throughout the lockdown. I would thoroughly recommend this group of lovely ladies!

Carolyn is amazing pilates instructor / teacher and she will make sure you are safe performing exercises. I'm 7 months post operation, had decompression on my back, and she helped my recovery so much. Due coronavirus my follow up appointment and my physio therapy was postponed and she helped me to start exercising my core and feeling better and stronger. As I'm writing the review my leg is still numb and but I'm not limping anymore, I can walk on the stairs up and down and really feeling more confident in bending.
