        Awful company waited 3 months for photos of a dance show still waiting for dvd. Photos are terrible quality and wrong size that were ordered. Stay away from this company

        If I could give zero stars I would. I order 2 dvds 3 months ago and they never arrived. I've sent 2 emails and had no response. I've also tried to ring but no one picks up the phone. The customer service is so poor that this might be the only way to get a response.

        Drove up to AVP to get a digital photograph, paid for parking nearby, the place was closed 3hr early, no note. Left an answerphone message no call back. Wasted my time, poor service.

        Had a family photo shoot, which was done in a professional and friendly manner. Everyone felt relaxed and enjoyed themselves. Will definitely book again and can highly recommend AVP Portraits.
