Fake/Defective products sold here, poor support and arrogant attitude, doesn't stand by words and jumps dates. Poor communication.

Popped into Car Mobile House yesterday as I was having problems with my phone when making and receiving calls. O2 had told me that in order for them to fix the problem they would have to initially wipe my phone then send it away which would take 7 days, after that I would recieve a quote so god knows how long it would take to have my phone back and to what cost! The gentleman in Car Mobile House was so friendly and he was able to fix my phone there and then! No need to wipe data at all, great price and a very warm, friendly customer service! 100% recommend!!
