Jhoots Pharmacy Okus Road

Got to admit, not Jhoots biggest fan in the past. However, the guy in charge now, seems to be giving it a good shot at sorting things out. Everyone deserves a chance, here's hoping.

Seemed OK to me. Took in his prescription and tgey dispensed it 5 minutes later.

I would hardly describe this as a pharmacy as they only decide to dispense medication sometimes, they open and shut when they want, and complain about pharmacist shortages even though Rowlands, Lloyds and Boots always seem to be okay. NHS should stop using them until they meet at least some level of standard.

Never open when you need it. Unable to collect prescriptions when you need them. Pharmacist often not there.

I am so grateful that I don't have to rely on this business for anything important. Every time that I visited, there was a problem. I went there on a Saturday morning, and it was shut (well, nobody needs to buy medicines at weekends, do they?). I went again the following Monday and it was closed because there was no pharmacist available. On the few occasions when I found them open, they didn't have what I wanted. When it was a Lloyds pharmacy, I routinely collected my prescriptions there. I don't do that now.
