        The staff were friendly and nice, the customer area has ample space. Unfortunately some info from my GP was contradicted or confused but overall good

        Good customer service and nice staff. They had everything that I needed as I could not find my tablets anywhere else

        Used to be quite good all things considered but has got noticeably worse recently. Don't know why but has become really poor. Had an issue with the doctors where they hadn't processed a prescription request but nearly every time I called they wouldn't pick up the phone so I'd have to go in to see if it was ready meaning when it wasn't it would be more frustrating. When it finally was ready I went in and there was one person there also waiting for their prescription yet they told me there's a 20 minute wait? Don't know if staff turnover is the problem or what but it's just become really bad.
