Not the best pharmacy I've been to. I recently went to pick up a prescription and spent about 20 minutes for it to be found. There must be a way this can be rectified as seems this is an ongoing issue.

Never answers the phone just need to see if prescription is ready, so I don't waste my time by going there and it's not ready

9.15 am so 15 mins in a minus 2 degree Celsius outside this pharmacy to pick up my repeat prescription. The woman who works here walked in 14 mins ago and still she hasnt opened the door. There are around 10 customers waiting in a bitter cold morning, few are poorly obviously. This is not the first time this pharmacy lets customers wait and didnt even apologise! If you cant make it in time then you should not advertise your opening hours that you cant cope with. Peoples lives and their health depends on your pharmacy around here !!

I have now changed pharmacy due to the poor service given by this pharmacy, I have the same prescription every month which is ordered via POD ,in plenty of time ,but on collection they can never find the prescription and then you get blame put in your court with the obvious questions when was it ordered? etc. On one occasion the pharmacists had to dispense another prescription. They do eventually locate the prescription . The worst was the last visit they said the prescription is not here because I didn't collect them last time, obviously they found the previous prescription that pharmacists replaced. They need to rethink their filing system ,people with certain types of illness don't need this stress every time they visit ,it people's lives your dealing with
