        I am housebound and live on my own like others I'm sure, and rely on my presentation being delivered. Driver on holiday so no delivery for two weeks

        Very inefficient. I waited 34 minutes this morning to pick up a prescription I had ordered over a week ago, and it wasnt particularly busy either. Very poor service and extremely inconvenient when you have a busy schedule. Disappointed in my local pharmacy!

        Never have what we need and always take so long. 40 minute in a queue for them to tell then don't stock it and no one had bothered to contact me.

        Queue for 20 mins in the rain...queue doesn't move at all, not one person, noone comes out to explain there will be a wait or why...give up go home, my own daft fault it's like this every time, need to just get the prescription sent somewhere else.
