Rowlands are brilliant, but unfortunately things do go wrong ,ive been in touch with the pod as I hadn't had a message to say my meds were in the prescription was done on the day I called but was told up to five working days,I waited and waited . I called Rowlands today as the pod said they'd been done I'd halfed my meds so I didnt totaly stop . I was told my Rowlands today they do have problems with there systems going down. Very unfortunate I was persuaded to get text message rather than call ? Best way call them don't wait as System s do go wrong. But I have to say the pharmacy have been good to me for many years so this is my first moan about it .

Always slow to acknowledge customers. Service is always polite however.

I needed Ibuprofen urgently, so Rowlands pharmacy sold me some overpriced capsules for 7.59 GBP. Afterwards I went to the nearby Tesco to see that the same amount of Ibuprofen capsules would cost me less then 2 GBP there. So I went back to Rowlands Pharmacy with the ticket for the capsules and ask them to refund me the money and take the product back. They refused to do so and were not very polite. Big thumps down from me!
