Boots Pharmacy

Not sure if she is the manager but the long-haired brunette, tall/large woman always seems miserable, at least towards me (despite being polite to her). The staff will happily take an extended lunch break at times or rush the customers out around closing time. Need to sort your staff out, Boots. She in particular has awful customer service skills for a company that is supposed to be empathetic.

Brilliant service today, really struggled to track down the prescription antibiotics I needed quite urgently as I was feeling so rough. Tried a few pharmacies who had no stock. Phoned these guys and the pharmacist was fab - he was so helpful and put the meds aside for me to collect just before they closed at5pm. Really appreciated this as I didnt fancy another night without medication. Top service, thank you

The gainly manager is unnecessarily rude, and seems to get a kick out of the pain and misery of her customers. While hobbling outside the pharmacy, I've had to call my GP's practice on three separate occasions to get the portly manager to issue my meds, she wouldn't even accept the prescription indicated on NHS app as proof. She also lied to me and said that they only deliver to homebound patients. The Boots website clearly states they deliver to all patients for a fee. Why work in this sector if you despise those you serve?
