Rowlands Pharmacy Old Town

Very poor service, woman hid behind a plastic shield and I couldnt hear although I appreciate she has the need to feel safe but, when I said I couldnt hear her she was physically irritated by me. Id had an emergency prescription sent over and she said it would take two days to get it. Not kind or helpful or usual for pharmacies when sent emergency medication.

Never had an issue with this pharmacy. The staff are always friendly and helpful 10 out of10.

Today I was turned down with the reason that the medicine I had on the prescription "doesn't exists". Went to the next farmacy they produced it for me with no problems. It looks like Rowlands farmacy doesn't know the difference between "not having it" and "doesn't exists"

I have been let down time and time again by this pharmacy. Every time I try to collect my epilepsy medication there is always an issue and I almost always have to go back to my doctors (on the pharmacys advice) who then always send me back to the pharmacy who then just happen to find my prescription. Sometimes this goes on for days! Today I was promised my medication would be available this morning after ordering it 2 days ago and shock they dont have it!
