4 hours waiting for a prescription that had been at the pharmacy for three days and they still hadn't bothered to actually make it up. Finally got to the counter to be served after standing in a queue for 3 hours to be told they would make up the prescription now. Waited another hour while other customers that had been served after me were being given their prescriptions and leaving. Finally went to ask where mine was and only then did I actually get it, minus an item because they never have anything in stock. Abysmal place with poorly trained staff who prefer to gossip behind the counter than actually do any work at all. If the surgery didn't automatically send all prescriptions there, I'd never use it again.

Anna on the phone was so lovely and helpful, also rest of the staff really went the extra mile. Wish I lived near by so I could use this pharmacy.ore

Waited nearly 2 hours to be served and waiting for prescription. Absolute nightmare, will never use this pharmacy again
