        Rude. Refused to groom my puppy and put phone down on me based on the breed. Its not fighting dog and shes really friendly and calm. I dont have to justify my dog to lazy groomer I rather take my money and recommendation somewhere else.

        The ladies at Scrufts are amazing. Our puppy does not like being groomed at all and is not the easiest but they always manage to groom him perfectly. He always looks and smells amazing on pick up.

        Our yorkshire terrier Frank is a very anxious pup and hates being left, but he must have absolutely loved going and getting groomed because when I got him home he was jumping about like a lunatic playing and excitedly running about, plus he looks gorgeous . Groomers are very friendly and would definitely recommend them to anyone. Thankyou Scrufts x
