The Groom Room Swindon

Took my dog here for the first time . And never again he was traumatised dont know what the hell they done to him . He had a bad cut in ear and they never told us . And they cut him sooo short you would never know he was the some dog staff are disgusting

Firstly, it should be said that I am very hard to please. Suffering with Anxiety, everything has to be just so. We got our puppy, Louie in August 2022. He is a Shih Tzu/Bischon Cross, cream in colour and very mischievous (for us anyway). He was first booked in for puppy cuts,. As I do, I worry and go over and over it, will he be OK, what if they cut him to short, leave him too long, what could go wrong? From making the initial appointment with Amber and Cerys at the Groom Room in Swindon, I knew we were in safe hands and that Lou (and his Mum and Dad) would be treated with care and respect. Lou's first big boy cut, I was beside myself, but the girls were, as always, lovely, professional and reassuring. Some nine months later, he has regular full grooms and in between, he has a wash, brush and blow dry and it is like taking him to see our friends. He goes in to the salon smiling and when I go to collect him, he looks like a beaitiful white fluffy cloud. He is having snuggles with his ladies and looks as if to say, 'really Mum, do we have to go'? I truly cannot praise and recommend the ladies at The Groom Room in Swindon enough. Had a wonderful experience, the groomer was so lovely. it was our dogs first groom and my dog has separation anxiety, The groomer was so kind and understanding and our dog came away seeming very happy, I would highly recommend.
