This company has produced a great food that both my dogs love. They were on a RAW diet but as we travel up to Scotland taking frozen meat everywhere was inconvenient. The tinned food is as close to quality and content as too make no difference. The dogs love the variety of flavours and have their favourites. We humans also like the fact that some of the flavours smell good enough for us to eat. Good delivery times and fast customer service when we have required it. Happy Dogs

Great dog food, poor customer service. Three weeks after taking my money as Im on a monthly subscription, Ive still not received my order. They do not answer their phones or emails to ask for a refund or for an update on my order. Once they do call you back (over a week later), there is no apology for the delay or recognition for their error. It would seem there is no point being subscribed as they dont put aside the set amount of dog food required for this service and just run out of stock for those that order as and when. If my dog didnt do so well on this food we would be using another company. Suffice to say; due to the three week delay in my order, my dog has sadly started flaring up and itching with the different food weve had to give him.

Had Happy Dog food for a long time. Excellent next day delivery. Had to ask regarding nutritional advice there was no problem

Absolutely excellent food, I have always used this for my dog, hes now on the senior food which is just as good. I use the subscription service which is excellent and my dog food always arrived on time when I need it. I would definitely recommend
