        Krypton was recommended to us by our housing agency after we discovered a bed bug infestation in our student flat. We called them on a Friday and had a survey booked for the following Monday. Throughout the whole process Krypton has been fast and responsive, always coming in quickly whenever any new issues arose. It's taken a few fumigations to fully deal with the problem but all treatments were covered by our initial payment package-- really excellent value, and it was so reassuring to know that we could rely on them to come back without having to spend loads more!! We've been bed bug free for about three weeks now, so we're not 100% out of the water just yet, but Krypton has reassured us that they'll be straight back if any more beasties show up. Big thanks to Mike for his friendly attitude and support throughout what has been a very stressful time. We recommend Krypton wholeheartedly. :) Service: Bed bug extermination
