        I trained with Jamie over the last 6 years and have found him an excellent trainer. The studio is nicely equipped and Jamie is both knowledgeable and enthusiastic. I can't recommend him highly enough.

        I would highly recommend both the classes and personal training at Honours. The instruction is excellent and Ive seen improvements in strength, mobility and also muscle definition. I was in decent shape when I started training here but Jamie and his team have helped me take it to the next level. Everyone who trains here is lovely and I would highly recommend everything about it!
