        Absolutely amazing service from a lovely Italian women Leela! I was so confused about how fragrance works and she helped me step by step with me and put so much time and effort into helping me! Her customer service is amazing she treated me as a guest or a friend rather than a random customer, I got a real smile and laughs and felt very welcomed by her please hire more people like her! Or give this lady a raise!!! I will be coming back to shop with you again thank you

        Perfume Xmas pressie delivered for collection. All items were there, but perfume bottle should have been engraved. Paid extra for this and now need to sort a refund.....hassle!

        The small, Italian member of staff, Lelia, was extremely rude and aggressive towards me while shopping. Considering she classes herself as the face of the perfume shop, her threatening behaviour is disgusting! I will be taking this complaint further!
