        Have been seeing Vince for a couple of months post spine surgery and hes been absolutely amazing. Understanding, approachable and compassionate. Very professional and extremely knowledgeable. Thanks to Vince Im now back to the gym pain free, understanding my condition a lot better and back to Obstacle Course Races (OCRs) and running which I never thought possible. Highly recommend.
