I think the optician in there was over paranoid asking my son to wear a mask he's only 5 and it was against the law for her to ask it doesn't set a great example for our kids new normal when he said no she almost refused treatment which made experience even more awful even when I convinced him to wear one he was taking it of to breathe so it didn't do as attended the fact that mask hold in all sort of germs makes for a unpleasant unhygienic experience

Excellent thorough, kind service from all staff. Very Covid safe practices too. Really really impressed with Haine and Smith.

Visited Regent Street practice on 24/02/22 and from the moment I walked through the door to the moment I left, I have to say the service I received was second to none! Angelique and especially Luke were FANTASTINC!! I didnt for one second feel rushed or pressured, both were helping me look for frames and being really patient despite me wanting to try nearly every frame in the store! They both had a great wealth of knowledge and I felt safe that they knew exactly what they were doing and the advice they were giving me. I feel people are quick to say when they receive a bad service but I think it is so much more important to say a massive thank you and send recognition when an outstanding service is provided. So from my heart thank you! You have genuinely made my day by being so welcoming and friendly. I will definitely be telling all my friends, family and anyone who will listen about the service I have received and recommending everyone to book an appointment with Haine and Smith. 5 stars from me!
