ASDA Opticians

Really good service here. The staff are very knowledgeable and will help you pick your glasses if you don't have someone with you. They have a good range of glasses at a very reasonable price. The layout is spacious and clean. Would definitely recommend this opticians!!!

I know it sounds ridiculous but I would rather go to the dentist than the optician after bad experiences when I was little, until I went to Swindon Asda opticians. Saw Gail who was absolutely wonderful and the optician was amazing put me at ease and for the first time in my 71 years I left with a big smile on my face. Thank you and would highly recommend

Outstanding quality of service. Unbeatable value for Money. After 4 years I am only replacing glasses as I have accidently scratched a lens. My current Stepper frames would cost me 545 with all my lens add ons in B***s (Starting price 290) , it will cost me 110 in Asda for the same brand, or 180 for 2 pairs.

I have waited for 8 weeks after I ordered my reading glasses and on the collection day they said I cancelled my order. Why would I call you back if I cancelled my order! Then they said that I didnt pay for it however nobody asked me to do that! I knew I would pay after collection. Actually Its my first glasses. Finally manager called me to apologise for the mistake of their system!!! And she said she would sort it out within a week but she didnt. Another 10 days passed and she has said it would be brought next week if it is true!!! Manager said she has already apologised to me and she did everything but I dont trust them anymore and apologies dont help for my eyes. If she really wants to apologise she would bring them to me within a few days. Honestly they have very poor customer services and I am extremely disappointed. Its my first and last visit to Asda optician.

Visited the store today 02/11/21....waited for over 30 minutes to be seen. Anyway...eye test on 09/10/21, prescription changed, I required more contact lenses but no contact lens appointments available, helpful lady said she would order some trial lenses as unable to sell them as my prescription had changed. She would call me with some contact lens appointments. Nothing. Fast forward to today. Complete denial from Asda that trial lenses had been ordered, made me out to be a liar. Unbelievably poor customer service. Will never use or recommend.
