From the moment of my first consultation I was made to feel very much at ease with everything being explained to me in detail, resulting in my not feeling not apprehensive at all for my procedure taking place. My confidence was well placed and all was conducted with total confidence, calm and in painstaking detail. I was very anxious about cataract surgery for a variety of reasons but Mr Abumattar gave me the confidence to proceed. He took the time to explain all the pros and cons as mine was a more complex case. I felt that he was looking after my best interests and have 100% faith in him and his colleagues and am delighted with the outcome.

I was given an early appointment and was treated with great respect by Joe, the technician who carried out preliminary eye tests. Mr.Abumattar was very approachable and explained what he found in non-technical terms which re-assured me little was wrong with my eye apart from the aging process. I would not hesitate to consult him again as he was most professional and empathetic.

I received an appointment within 24 hours of requesting one. My eye exam was very thorough and I felt that my views were really listened to. The follow-up appointment was at a convenient time for me and overall, the experience was very professional and also reassuring.

Had cataract operation carried out by mr abbumattar. Totally professional and performed to highest standard. Very pleased with result and the care given by the whole team both before and after the procedure. Not really a surprise as I regularly attend the eye clinic for macular injections and have done for five years. During that time the nurses and doctors in that department have been brilliant and Id like to thank them all for preserving my sight. Fantastic job being done by all concerned. Thank you!
