Disappointed with my nails, some nails come off and customer service was soo bad, I can't recommend the salon to anyone! I had a bad experience. Firstly they speak between them in their language which is rude. I never seen someone like that staff. Secondly, when my and my sister entered to the salon was very crowded, we barely found where to seat and we waited one hour to be seated for our nails to be done. I told the staff that I want my nails with gel and the staff and Hellen said that they don't do that in their salon they know that in my country they are doing but they do acrylic and I said alright. I wasn't sure what colour to choose I thought the staff will give me an idea with the occasion I was going to go. It didn't take long to choose the colour. She told me that before to come to the salon I need to choose online the colour because they don't have time to wait for me to choose, we waited 1 hour but she didn't have time to wait few minutes for me to choose the colour. My sister made a surprise for me that's why I couldn't choose online the colour. So I steal apologise, twice and she kept saying that she doesn't have time. She throw me some nail catalogue on the table and she said "choose something" and she start throwing the utensil nails or whatever was on the table very nervous show me that she is very nervous speaking in Chinese with her male colleague,after her intonation I could tell was about me. So the pedicure did for me Hellen because the staff went home. Me and my sister didn't have the full package and my sister booked for the whole set but they didn't have time. Not the cuticle trimmed not the heals, she did our pedicure without soaking our feet in the water. Bad customer service and bad service. I never go again to Hellen s salon!!!
